[UnetServerDll] Connect. Manager returns the same connection Id for a regular connection as was specified in specialConnectionId
Steps:
1. Run SharpPart.exe in attached project
2. Press "Start Client" button
3. Click on "Start -> Connect" menu item

Take a look at log area: it says that specialConnection Id = 1 and regular connection Id = 1;
Details:
Attached "Universal" project has code for "Client.cs" file. Take a look at "Connect" function.
