[UNET] Networked DontDestroyOnLoad Inconsistent Destroy Behaviour between spawned GameObjects and scene GameObjects

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Enter Play mode (or build and run)
3. Press "Scene 3(2 networked DontDestroyOnLoad objects)
4. Press "Stop (X)"

Expected result: "sphere 0" and "sphere 1" GameObjects are destroyed when "Stop" is pressed
Actual result: the mentioned GameObjects are disabled.

Reproducible on: 5.4.4f1, 5.5.0p3, 5.6.0b3
