Undocked windows cannot be moved if they're in pairs
To reproduce:
1. Undock a window
2. Undock a second window and doc it below the first one (so that they combine a new window with the two windows one above the other)
3. Try to move this new window around
Expected result: You can move them
Actual result: They do not move
