Undocked Overlay Menu doesn't shorten the custom template name with a long name
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Scene View, make sure to set the Overlay Menu to the Panel view
3. Open the dropdown -> Save Preset -> Enter any long string
4. Make sure the Overlay Menu is not docked
5. Observe the results
Expected results: The custom template name in the dropdown is shortened, exactly like when the Overlay Menu is docked
Actual results: The Overlay Menu doesn't shorten the name in the dropdown and extends endlessly
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0a5
Can't test with: 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.5 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
