[Editor][CmdBuffers] Undo doesn't work for RenderingCommandBuffers deletion UI
1) On http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/GraphicsCommandBuffers.html there is a link to http://docs.unity3d.com/uploads/Examples/RenderingCommandBuffers.zip, download it.
2) Open the project and the _DeferredDecals.unity scene.
3) In the Camera inspector, in the command buffers list, click the minus to the right of the 'Before Lighting: Deferred Decals' command buffer.
4) Observe that undo doesn't bring back the deleted command buffer.
