[Undo] Component recreated without registering an undo operation
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Create an empty GameObject
3. Add "UndoBugScript" to the GameObject
4. Add any component to the GamObject
5. Press ctrl + f8 to remove "UndoBugScript" without registering an undo operation
6. Press ctrl + z
Expected: the component one added previously is removed from the GameObject
Actual: the component is removed AND "UndoBugScript" is recreated
Reproducible on: 5.3.7p1, 5.4.4f1, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b3

Resolution Note:
This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interests of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix for the time being. We understand that this will cause problems for some users, and so may address in a future version.
