Unclear error message when building fails due to non-ASCII username on Windows
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create user account with non-ASCII characters
2. Create project in a simple path only containing ASCII characters ( for example C:/Projects )
3. Try to build on WebGL
4. Building fails with unclear error message
Expected: When projects are built from non-ASCII path the error message is shown saying :"non-ASCII paths are not currently supported". Similar message is expected in this case to avoid confusion
