Unavailable to create a project when a dot symbol "." is used in front of a folder name
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a folder with a dot symbol in front of a word, for example - ".test"
2. Go in the Unity Hub and create a new project
3. Set project Location to created folder in step 1
4. Observe the Unity Hub
Expected result: Unity Hub lets create a project
Actual result: Unity Hub doesn't let to create a project
Reproducible with: 2.4.5
Not reproducible with: 3.0.0-beta.4
