"UnauthorizedAccessException" thrown when using System.IO in UWP Build
How to reproduce:
- Open the attached project "FileIORepro.zip"
- Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
- Build And Run the project for UWP
Expected results: No errors thrown in the Development Console
Actual results: "UnauthorizedAccessException" thrown in the Development Console
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.3.17f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.5f1, 2023.1.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.2.0a17
Reproducible on: Windows 10
