Unable to set the render target of a camera to the back buffer via a CommandBuffer Blit and AddCommandBuffer
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "RenderTargetCommandBufferTest.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observe Game View
Expected result: the Cube in Game View is visible
Actual result: the Game View is black, "CommandBuffer: temporary render texture not found while executing Present To Screen (SetRenderTarget)" warning is thrown
Reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.8f1, 2019.2.4f1, 2019.3.0b2, 2020.1.0a3
