"Unable to install" error message appears when installing 2021.3.46f1 or 2021.3.47f1 Editor versions
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the Unity Hub
2. Navigate to Installs → Install Editor → Archive → Download Archive
3. Install the 2021.3.46f1 or 2021.3.47f1 Unity Editor version
4. Observe the error in the Unity Hub
Expected result: Installation starts successfully
Actual result: “Unable to install” error message appears
Reproducible with: 3.10.0
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: macOS 15.2 (M1 Max)
