[Realtime GI] Unable to change Environment Light Settings after unloading a Scene that contains Light Probes
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open main Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Follow 1-5 steps in the Play Mode
Reproducible with: 2017.4.26f1, 2018.3.14f1, 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a13
Actual results: not possible to change Environment Light Settings

Resolution Note (fix version 2019.3):
This issue has been solved with introducing the light probe merging feature for additively loaded scenes: https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/LightProbes.Tetrahedralize.html. If you still can reproduce it after applying this feature, feel free to reopen the case.
