[Overlays] Default button style of List View are overriden by Overlay style
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “23_1” project
2. Focus to the Scene View in the “SampleScene”
3. Open the “BUG REPORT → List View Window” window from the menu
4. Compare the style of “+” and “-” buttons in both Tabs
Expected result: Button design is the same
Actual result: List View buttons in the Scene View are displayed as mouse is hovering over them whilst it’s not
Reproduced with: 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.5f1, 2023.1.0b2
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.44f1 (project isn’t compatible)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0 (Intel)
