[UIElements] ToolbarSearchField clear button is not displayed when it's value is set in script
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached '1180403-ToolbarSearchField-issue.zip' project
2. Open 'Untitled' Scene
3. Open TestWindow > ReproIssue
- Observe ToolbarSearchField
Expected result: Clear button of the ToolbarSearchField is displayed
Actual result: Clear button of theToolbarSearchField is not displayed
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a6, 2019.3.0b2, 2020.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2017.4, 2018.4, 2019.2, 2019.3.0a5
