[UIElements] Horizontal scrollbar handle is missing in the "Scroll View Performance" window
Horizontal scrollbar handle is missing in the "Scroll View Performance" window, refer attached screenshot
Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached project (UIElementsTestSuite-master.zip)
2. UIE Test Suite > Performances > Scroll View
Actual Result:
Horizontall scrollbar handle is missing
Expected Result:
Horizontal scrollbar handle should be visible clearly and active
Note: UIElements suite is available for the test from Unity 2019.1
Tested on Unity version:
2020.1.0a18, 2019.3.0f5, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.1.11f1
Environment:
Windows 10 & macOS 10.14
