[UIElements] Editor's Professional Skin's resources are loaded when loading Editor's Personal Skin's resources
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project (case_1187063-Project.zip)
2. Switch the Editor's skin from Professional to Personal
3. Go to top Toolbar's Window->UIElements->ProSkinBug
Expected outcome: In the opened Window the search bar's color should be white. (As in the Personal skin)
Actual outcome: In the opened Window the search bar is grey. (As in the Professional skin)
Reproduced in: 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a6.
Couldn't test with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.10f1. (Different Namespace for UIElements)
