[UIElements] Collapsed nodes have their slots / text appear on top of each-other
Repro steps:
1. Add a node with a few inputs/outputs (i.e. Cellular Noise 3D)
2. Double-click on the node to collapse it
3. Observe how the slots/text of the node are on top of each-other
Expected outcome:
No UI overlap
