UI warnings are thrown when using SelectedLocale
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Scenes/SampleScene
3. Press the Play button and observe the Console
Expected result: no errors or warnings are thrown
Actual result: "SendMessage cannot be called during Awake, CheckConsistency, or OnValidate" warnings are thrown
Reproducible with: 1.0.5, 1.2.1 (2021.2.16f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a8)
Could not test with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.31f1 (UI Toolkit elements missing after downgrading)
Notes: a Localization error is thrown up to 1.1.1, but not in 1.2.1
