UI Toolkit's slider behaves abnormally with Unity Default Runtime theme
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Try to drag the slider's left and right handles (click slightly below or above the slider's center)
Expected result: The slider always behaves normally
Actual result: Sometimes the slider teleports to a different location or moves instead of extending
Reproducible with: 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.4f1, 2022.2.0a16
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1 (missing features)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: Changing the theme to "Light mode" did not solve the issue during testing
