[UI Toolkit] UI Elements View Importer and Visual Tree Asset are missing documentation when going through Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Create > UI Toolkit > UI Document
3. Click on a question mark icon in the inspector after selecting the newly created uxml
Expected result: Relevant documentation window opens
Actual result: Non-existent documentation window is opened
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.8f1, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a4
