UI Toolkit Theme Style Sheet doesn't update when it has been changed more than once through script
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene"
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press on the red UI element
5. Press again on the same (now green) UI element
Expected result: the UI element changes back to red
Actual result: the UI element stays green
Reproducible with: Built-in (2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a14)
Could not test with: 2019.4.32f1 (UI Toolkit not supported), 1.0.0-preview.18 (2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.28f1) (console errors)
Note:
- after pressing on the UI element the console logs that the Theme was changed
