[UI Toolkit] TextField text selection area is displayed incorrectly
Reproduction steps:
1. Open customer's attached project
2. Open the Test scene and enter Play Mode
3. Select username field, enter some text and deselect it
4. Select the same field again
Expected result: text in the box will be highlighted, the selected area will be visible
Actual result: middle of the text has a small blue area indicating selection, however, all text is selected. If you try to select a part of the string, none of the selection area is shown (a video is attached below 2021-07-14 16-11-33.mp4)
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b4, 2022.1.0a2
Could not test with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.15f1 (errors from scripts after downgrade, not from UI Toolkit side)
