UI Toolkit TextField cursor is offset when using an other language than English
1. Open hub and install the language pack.
2. Open Preferences, select the languages tab and change the preferred language to other than English.
3. Open de samples window.
4. Open the TextFields tab and play with highlighting.
Expected: The highlighting is centered on the line.
Actual: The highlighting is offset.
