[UI Toolkit] Sprites appear as white squares when using VisualTreeAsset
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-21747_SpriteUI test 2” project
2. Open the “Sprites” scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the “AxeDouble” texture in the Game view
Expected result: Shows the texture
Actual result: The texture appears as a white square
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b5, 2022.2.0b14, 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.14f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0b4, 2022.2.0b15, 2022.2.0b16, 2023.1.0a10, 2023.1.0a19
Could not test with: 2020.3.42f1 (old UGUI)
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.2 (Intel)
