[UI Toolkit] Some letters on the buttons are missing until button is pressed
Steps:
# Open attached "InputTest.zip" project
# Open the "MenuBackground" Scene
# Enter Play Mode
# Observe buttons on the bottom of the Scene
Expected: Full text on buttons is visible
Actual: Few letters are missing from the text
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b2, 2023.3.0b3, 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.34f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.7f1
