UI Toolkit Renders Visual Element white when the overflow property is set to hidden, any border-radius is applied, and any filter is applied
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “Blur Bug” project
2. Navigate to the Assets folder
3. Open the “NewUXMLTemplate.uxml” file
4. Observe the UI Builder's Viewport window
Actual result: The fourth Visual Element is rendered white
Expected result: The fourth Visual Element is rendered the same color as the other three Visual Elements
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0b6, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b10, 6000.5.0a7
Could not test with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.68f1 (UITK ShaderGraph was introduced in Unity 6000.3.0b6)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
