UI Toolkit Debugger "Pick Element" selection works only after clicking it for the second time
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> UI Toolkit -> Debugger
3. Click "Pick Element"
4. Observe the results
Expected results: Debugger window is hidden and blue selection is visible on hovered UI elements
Actual results: Debugger window is not hidden, blue selection might appear only on one tab unless you click on "Pick Element" again

Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
