[UI Toolkit] Checkboxes are not aligned equally
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Create > UI Toolkit > UI Document
3. Double-click on the new UI Document
4. Add a new ListView to the hierarchy and click on it
5. Observe the UI Builder inspector window
Expected result: Parameters with checkboxes are aligned equally
Actual result: Checkboxes are not aligned equally
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.8f1, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a4

Resolution Note:
This will be fixed by an upcoming improvement/feature on UI Builder. This is cosmetic in nature, therefore we will not backport this to previous editor versions.
