UI Toolkit attribute cannot be overridden when nested inside a Template3 -> Template2 -> Template1 Instance
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN-91754_UI toolkit test”
2. In the Project window, open UI Toolkit bug → TemplatesUser.uxml
3. Observe the Viewport window in the UI Builder
Expected result: The second row displays: “This attribute override does not work”
Actual result: The second row displays “Label”
Reproducible with: 6000.0.7f1, 6000.0.36f1, 6000.1.0b4, 6000.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.54f1, 6000.0.6f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
