UI Text gets out of Rect Transform bounds when using a Custom Font and Vertical Alignment
To reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Play the "Test" scene
3. Select the "Text" object in the Hierarchy
Expected result: The text does not get out of Rect Transform bounds when using top Vertical Alignment
Actual result: The text is out of Rect Transform bounds
Reproduced with: 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.8f1, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.3.0a4
