UI scaling showing inconsistent values and displaying warning when using multiple monitors with different scales set in Windows
How to reproduce:
1. Make sure there are at least two monitors and they are set to different scales in Windows
2. Create and open a new project
3. Move the Editor to the second monitor
4. Open the Preferences window, Edit > Preferences…
5. Select “UI scaling” on the left side of the window
6. Untick the “Use default desktop setting” property and change custom scaling to a higher value
7. Restart the editor
8. Open the Preferences window and navigate to UI scaling
9. Observe the Preferences window
Expected result: “Current scaling” and “Use custom scaling value” values match
Actual result: “Current scaling” and “Use custom scaling value” values do not match
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a1, 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b13, 6000.2.0a8
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: When Preferences window is opened on the second monitor a warning is displayed: “Changing this setting requires a restart to take effect”
