UI overlaps in the Project Browser window when resized vertically
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Resize the Project Browser window vertically to the smallest possible
- Observe the Project Browser window
Actual results: Background overlaps with the asset location text at the bottom and when resized even more, the asset location text at the bottom overlaps with the top bar with the search bar and buttons of the Project Browser window
Expected results: The Project Browser window has a minimum height and does not allow resizing it smaller for the UI to overlap or the UI shrinks/disappears so it does not overlap
Reproducible with versions: 2022.2.0a15, 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.49f1, 6000.1.4f1, 6000.2.0b2
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.51f1, 2022.2.0a14
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.3
