Text-outline forms copies of outline while updating "Effect Distance" values.
Steps to repro:
1. Open attached project.
2. Select OutLineText > Add "Outline" component from the inspector.
3. Scroll and change Effect Distance X and Y value.
4. Observe that outline is forming multiple copies.
Occurring in:
2018.2.0b11, 2018.1.0b9, 2018.1.a6, 2017.3.0f3, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.1.3p1.
Environment:
Occurring on Windows & MAC.
