[UI] Nested GameObjects without a Layout Element will effect a Layout Groups arranagement after being disabled and enabled
Nested GameObjects without a Layout Element will effect a Layout Groups arrangement until they are disabled and enabled where the layout out then behaves differently
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "Case 483737 - Layout Groups with nested children.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open "test" scene
3. Unroll the "UICanvas" GameObject and select "Child2"
4. Disable the Child2 GameObject
5. Observe that this will cause the Layout groups arrangement to change
6. Enable the Child2 GameObject
Expected results: The arrangement will be restored the original when "Child2" is enabled again
Actual results: The arrangement will not be restored to the original when "Child2" is enabled again
