[UI] Moving timeline slider creates unwanted Anchor keys
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Scene
3. Click on LayoutElement object under Canvas > Vertical Layout
4. Open the Animation panel
5. Move the slider on the timeline
6. Notice unwanted keys appear randomly on the timeline (some are already there to showoff the bug)
