UI element gets selected using navigation keys even when Navigation set to None
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the SelectUIElementTest1.unity scene.
3. Notice Knob UI (Canvas->Knob) element has its Navigation mode set to None
4. Play the scene
5. Press Space which selects the Knob UI element via script
6. Click anywhere in the scene to deselect the Knob UI element.
7. Press any navigation key(any arrow)
8. Notice how the Knob UI element gets selected again
Expected: it should not be possible to navigate to UI element with Navigation set to None
