UI Document's touch input is not working when device has multiple touch screens

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “PenInputBug“ project
2. Build the project for the Android platform
3. Run the application on an Android device with multiple touch screens (e.g. foldable devices)
4. On the device, press the button at the top of the screen

Expected result: The button reacts to the click on all the device’s touch screens
Actual result: The button does not react on one or all of the device’s touch screens

Reproducible with: 1.11.2 (6000.0.35f1), 1.14.2 (6000.0.35f1, 6000.0.56f1, 6000.2.1f1, 6000.3.0a5)

Workaround: Enable Auto-Switch option in the InputManager’s Player Input Component
