UI Child button changes size upon spawning
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and "StartScene"
2) Play it
3) Start the game at any difficulty
4) Using WASD, walk to the leftmost building (the loan screen should pop up)
5) Click "Pay back"
Expected: The next menu has correctly placed buttons
Actual: The "Repay" button is cut off and upscaled in top
Reproduced in 2017.1.0f3, 2017.3.0f3, 2018.1.0b3
