UI::CanvasRenderer::SyncVertexPtr crash when opening a project after deleting Unity Test Tools folder
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
Expected: No crash when opening project
Actual: Project crashes when opening

Note: On some versions (for example 5.6.1p1) project opens up without crashing, but crashes when opening different scenes.
Reproduced with 5.4.5p2, 5.5.3p3, 5.6.0f3, 5.6.1p1
Not reproduced with 2017.1.0a4, 2017.1.0b6
