[UI] Button changes between highlighted and normal state when camera is moved and cursor is close to button
Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'UI_Bug' scene
3. It has a button and a script which changes camera position when using navigation keys
4. Play the scene
5. Put the cursor next to the button ( for example on the right side of it )
6. Now hold navigation key ( for example left )
7. After a few seconds Button starts to flicker and changes between highlighted and normal states even though cursor is not on the button
