[UI Builder] Text is wrapped when zooming in UI Builder Viewport and UI Scaling value is set to 100%
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "UIElements_font_issue.zip" project and TestScene scene
2. Set UI Scaling to 100%
3. Double-click on uxml asset
4. Set Viewport scaling to 50%
5. Observe the Pink text in the Viewport
Expected result: Scaling the Viewport does not change text wrapping
Actual result: Scaling the Viewport changes text wrapping
Reproducible with: 2019.4.11f1, 2020.1.6f1, 2020.2.0b4 (UI Builder 1.0.0-preview.1 - 1.0.0-preview.7)
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1 (UI Builder is not supported)
