[UI Builder] ProgressBar Title field isn't updated when setting the value to an empty string
How to reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. Open a new UI Document in the UI Builder
3. Add and select a new ProgressBar Control to the document
4. Alter the Title field to an empty string
Expected result: Title field value is set to an empty string
Actual result: Title field value isn’t changed
Reproducible with: 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a17, 2023.1.0a23
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.43f1 (ProgressBar isn’t featured)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0 (Intel)
Note:
It is possible to workaround by saving the UI Document after the change
