[tvOS][Metal] Only one camera is updated if both of them are displayed
1. Open attached project
2. Build to tvOS
3. One side of the screen will be black

We're having the same problem with multiple cameras on tvOS, switching to GL ES is not an option for us.

Given the weak hardware, using gles is not really a workaround.... this gives me headaches
