[tvOS] [Input System] DualShock controller causes an "Could not create a device" error
How to reproduce:
1. Build the attached project for tvOS
2. Connect DualShock controller to Apple TV
3. Build & Run the Xcode project to tvOS
4. Check the Xcode console
Actual result: Error "Could not create a device for 'DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller (iOS)'" appears.
Expected result: No error appears.
Reproducible with: 2019.2.20f1 (preview.1 - 1.0.0), 2019.3.13f1 (preview.5 - 1.0.0), 2020.1.0a24 (preview.5 - 1.0.0).
Not reproducible with: 2019.2.20f1 (preview - 1.0.0), 2018.4.17f1 (preview - 0.2.1).
Reproducible with tvOS (tested AppleTV (tvOS 13.3.1)
Not reproducible with iOS (tested iPad Pro 12.9 (iOS 13.4.1)

This issue is still happening again in Input System 1.0.2.

This is still reproducible with 2019.3.2f1 on tvOS. I'm not sure why this issue was closed.
