Turning on Unity asks to save changed ProjectSettings
To reproduce:
1. open Unity
2. Create a new project
Expected result: New project opens
Actual result: You get a pop-up asking to save changes in ProjectSettings.asset. Question is why ProjectSettings.asset is marked as changed every time one opens the Editor.
