[Troubleshooter] Troubleshooter does not copy Title to a Bug Reporter
Steps:
1. Help > Troubleshoot issue
2. Enter title to Troubleshooter > Report a new issue
3. Notice: Unity Bug reporter starts up
Expected behavior: Title that was entered in Troubleshooter copies to Unity Bug Reporter Title.
Actual behavior: Title is not copied, users have to once again type it.
Reproduced with: 2017.2.0b10.
