[Troubleshooter] My Open Issues show only QA Incoming incidents, but other types of issues
[Troubleshooter] My Open Issues show only QA Incoming incidents, but other types of issues.
To repro:
1. Run Troubleshooter.
2. Go to My Issues -> Open.
Actual result: It shows only open QA Incoming incidents.
Expected result: It shows all bugs where Correspondent, Tester or Assignee is current user.
