Transparent UI GameObject ignores opaque UI GameObject when using RenderTexture
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "Repro.zip" and scene "Scene"
2. Observe Game View
Expected result: The plane cannot be seen through
Actual result: The plane can be seen through
Reproducible with: 2017.4.39f1, 2018.4.21f1, 2019.3.9f1, 2020.1.0b5, 2020.2.0a7
Notes:
1. Issue reproduces when using any other visible GameObject in place of the cube
2. Issue reproduces when using any other transparent UI GameObject in front of an opaque one
3. The transparency ignores every UI GameObject before it
