Transform values aren't changing smoothly in the inspector when changing them with scene tools
How to reproduce:
1. Create/open any project
2. Select any game object in the scene and move it fastly with the "Move tool"
3. Observe the inspector value
Expected result: Inspector value is smoothly changing
Actual result: Inspector field is jumping through values
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.8f1, 2023.2.0b4
