Transform rotation value becomes the same when selecting multiple Game objects
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Select A, B, C GameObjects in the Hierarchy
3. Change value in the Inspector > Transform > Rotation
Expected result: Only edited rotation value will change in all GameObjects
Actual result: All GameObjects rotation values become the same
Reproduced with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0a2
Not reproduced with: 2022.1.0a3, 2022.1.0b3, 2022.2.0a1
